✧ What is DID/OSDD-1?

DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and OSDD-1 (Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder) are complex psychiatric disorders that are commonly caused by severe and prolonged trauma in childhood such as physical, emotional and/or SA.
Children aged 5-9 are prone to developing such disorders due to their brains and identities still being under development, therefore their brains respond to trauma by distancing and detaching the host from said trauma in the form of DID or OSDD-1DID or OSDD-1 are characterised by the existence of multiple separate consciousness within one brain/body. These consciousness are widely known as alters.
